Orders shipped to the lower 48 states are generally shipped within 48 business hours. Orders to HI, AK or outside the US will require additional time for arranging freight and/or customs and payment.

All orders ship within 48 business hours of ordering. We will notify you within 24 business hours if there is a delay in shipping your order. You can cancel your order within 24 business hours of placement for a full refund.

We do not accept credit cards for overseas orders. Please contact us for bank transfer information for overseas orders.

Refund and Returns Policies:

All Ionix products are sold with a 30 day unconditional guarantee. You can return products for a full refund (excluding freight) within 30 days of purchase. No returns after 30 days. Call or email Ionix for a Return Material Authorization prior to shipping.
